Enhanced Protocols

In line with current guidance the wearing of face coverings is mandatory for anyone over the age of 11 (unless otherwise exempt) in the auditorium and whilst moving through the bars and foyer. We encourage this step, and for those in attendance to respect other members of the audience.

We will continue our enhanced safety protocols including heightened cleaning processes, increased ventilation and extended pre-show entry times.

Hand sanitiser stations are located at all entrances and throughout the theatre.

We ask that audience members who are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms please refrain from attending events. If you are experiencing symptoms or are a close contact of someone with symptoms, please follow Government advice on isolation and contact the box office on 01242 572573 to make alternate arrangements for performances.
