Group Booking Form

Once we have received your booking form, we will reserve your requested tickets (subject to availability) and send you a confirmation email with invoice.

We request that final numbers are confirmed at least six weeks before the performance date with payment to follow shortly after. If you are making a group booking less than a month before a performance we will discuss a suitable payment date with you at the time of booking. We encourage groups to pay by BACS - payment details are included on the invoice.

Once payment has been received and processed, you have the option of receiving the tickets by post or collecting them from the box office.

Please note, ticket numbers can be adjusted while on reserve but once the tickets have been confirmed and paid for we cannot exchange or refund.

If you have any questions please get in touch with Lara, Sally-ann and Maddie on groupsales@everymantheatre.org.uk

We also offer backstage tours for groups to explore the set and discover more about the theatre’s rich history. We recommend organising a tour combined with a matinee or evening performance to gain a fascinating insight behind the scenes before watching the show.  For more information on backstage tours please contact Sally-ann: sally-ann.rhodes@everymantheatre.org.uk

Allow the catering team to make your visit extra special by organising a pre-show lunch or dinner with the option of interval drinks and ice-creams in one of the theatre's bars or functions rooms, Matchams or Directors Lounge - each with their own bar to use pre-show and during the interval. For more information and to book, please contact the Catering Department: catering@everymantheatre.org.uk

Please note: Group bookings apply to main stage productions at the Everyman Theatre only.

SCHOOL BOOKINGS

We offer education group rates for most performances which are available to schools and other educational settings. You can find lots more information on our dedicated schools page here.
