Actors Workshop

Designed to provide training schemes and workshops for professional performers, it’s also an opportunity to network with fellow actors, directors, casting directors and agents.  Sessions are generally held in the Everyman’s Studio Theatre, but occasionally at other professional venues.

‘Le Jeu - The Game’ - an introduction to the games and exercises of the Philippe Gaulier principle.

A fun, immersive workshop full of finding joy in being on stage.

The workshop will be led by actor Ben Cutler who is a staff teacher at the Ecole Philippe Gaulier in Paris. The school has an alumni of actors such as Sacha Baron Cohen, Emma Thompson, Simon Mcburney.

‘In this workshop you will be invited to play, build complicité with your partners, and find pleasure in being on stage. Pleasure is the engine that makes an actor alive and audiences love them.’

Ben is a professional actor in Theatre, TV, Film and Commercials. He has worked across ITV, BBC and Netflix in Tv shows as well as the West End and No 1 Regional tours. He enjoys supporting students to be light and full of pleasure in the hope that they might discover something about themselves.
