Children & Young People

Everyman Youth Theatre

The Everyman Youth Theatre provides children and young people aged 4-18 with a safe, creative space to express themselves. We offer weekly sessions that cater for experienced performers and beginners, and we are committed to providing a warm welcome and equal opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and needs.

Led by highly experienced professional youth theatre makers and facilitators, our Youth Theatre team love what they do and want to pass on that enthusiasm through fun, varied and person-centred sessions.  Youth Theatre members also get the opportunity to take part in performance opportunities throughout the academic year, one off workshops with industry professionals, theatre trips and much more.

It has ultimately done wonders for her confidence. She often describes her sessions as her “drama family” and I know this is also a place that feels like home to her. Without the bursary the Everyman have offered us, she wouldn’t have these opportunities.

Everyman Youth Theatre parent

Receiving a bursary for Youth Theatre has been life-changing for my daughter. As a teenage girl with autism, it’s the one place she feels free to be completely herself.

He loves his time with you and I can't even begin to tell you how much it has helped his anxiety and social interactions. He is a totally different child from when he started.

Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. I need to tell you they seemed to have formed friends for life - they still message all the time and meet up on weekends. It's divine!
