Our Box Office (Ground Floor) is open in person and over the phone from 9.30am to 6pm (or in person until our evening show starts) on Monday-Saturday and 2 hours before a show starts on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We also provide a dedicated email address and telephone number for those with access requirements.

How To Book Access Tickets Online Including A Carer/Companion's Ticket

Please note that if booking carer/companion's tickets online, tickets will all appear at full price until you are logged into your account and navigate to the 'savings' screen. You must have registered proof of disability with us via Box Office, our Access Membership or linked your NIMBUS card to receive free carer/companion's tickets.

If booking online as/for somebody using a mobility aid, such as a wheelchair and they need to stay in their mobility aid during the show, please only book seats labelled with a wheelchair symbol. This symbol is only visible for customers who have registered with us as a wheelchair user.

Linking Your NIMBUS Access Card To Your Everyman Theatre Account

You can link your existing access card to your account by clicking here and filling in the form, this can be filled out by the customer or by someone else on their behalf. If you don't have an account with us already, don't worry, you can do this as part of filling in the form.

You can also register your access card with us over the phone or in person too.

If you don't already have an access card you can apply for one here. You can either apply for a card to use with us only (with no charge), or you can purchase a universal access card from Nimbus (with a small charge).
