We believe art and culture can transform lives.

Not ‘just’ a Theatre…

The Everyman Theatre strives to make the arts accessible to everyone.

Through all our Education and Community work – including our vibrant youth theatre, Everyvoice choirs, community arts projects, artist development workshops, and creative health groups - we aim to foster resilient creative communities and improve quality of life in Gloucestershire.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality arts opportunities that have a positive social impact, bring together Gloucestershire’s talented performing arts workforce (whilst nurturing the next generation…) and break down barriers to arts and culture.

Community Impact Report

If you’d said last year, I’d be on stage singing with a choir I’d have not believed you but here we are. Social anxiety makes it difficult for people like me… (but) there is literally a place for every voice in the EveryVoice Choir.

My son has learnt so many skills at Youth Theatre over the years and has gained a lot of confidence. He’s made an incredible friendship group and values every minute he is there. I think his dedication shows how much he really enjoys Everyman Youth Theatre.

This is how performing arts education for 16-19 year olds should look.
