The multi-talented Watermill Ensemble return with a unique double bill of Shakespearean wit, humour and tragedy in to electrifying productions Macbeth and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Blazing with tension, energy and passion, experience a powerful new interpretation of Macbeth, the Ensemble's boldest production to date. Fueled be greed, ambition and desire, the Macbeth's desperation to survive is reflected in the fierce reverberations of Johnny Cash, The xx and The Rolling Stones in this thrilling tragedy.
The Watermill Theatre is a regional producing theatre touring work across the UK. Recent touring productions include The Wipers Times, Crazy For You and Amelie.
The Watermill Ensemble was formed in 2018 and has developed a unique approach to Shakespeare, touring to thousands of people in the UK and internationally as well as transferring Twelfth Night to Wilton's Music Hall in London.
