A group of competitive parents resort to increasingly childlike behaviour on a school camping trip.

This lively and entertaining ensemble comedy has proven to one of the most successful Danish films ever made. It poses a question many of us can relate to – how far would you go to get your children into an elite school? Piv (Katrine Greis-Rosenthal) and Ulrik (Jacob Lohmann) have just achieved that objective for their daughter. Then they meet the other parents, who initially seem responsible, politically correct role models for the children. However, at the annual school camping trip, the true nature of these normally socially upstanding citizens is revealed, as petty disagreements, rivalries and differences in lifestyle and attitudes to parenting quickly spiral into savage and bitingly funny confrontations.
