The Everyman Theatre has been proud to support The Walk from Good Chance Theatre, an international project aimed at highlighting the plight of an estimated 33 million children who are currently displaced worldwide.

On June 23rd The Walk visits Cheltenham to welcome Little Amal to her new country, we're excited to give a very special introduction to the Festival Town.

On 22nd June 2024, we partnered with Cheltenham Welcomes Refugees and Gloucestershire Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (GARAS) to hold a Kite Festival at Crickley Hill.

Inspired by the upcoming production of The Kite Runner, kite making workshops were held across Cheltenham and Gloucester to be flown at the event, along with demonstrations from kite flyers from Afghanistan.
